It focuses on the practical design techniques of digital power design. On Monday, Ed Smith, senior vice president of sales, will present, “Enabling Lean Supply Chains,” during the IPC EMS management meeting. Smith’s presentation will touch on the goals of lean supply chain, the challenges facing electronics manufacturing and how Avnet’s Supply Chain Services Group is integrating processes to minimize waste. APEC will also offer a series of special subject matter presentations focusing on green systems on Thursday, Mar. 1. These presentations will provide information relating to energy efficiency, renewable energy and environmental capability for OEMs and their suppliers.
