(NASDAQ:XLNX) today announced that it will showcase its latest embedded processing and DSP technology in innovative applications at the Embedded World Exhibition and Conference, February 12-15, 2007 in Nuremburg, Germany. Demonstrations will highlight a broad portfolio of innovative processing solutions that provide performance and customization across a range of end markets.

Xilinx Demonstrations -- Hall 12 Stand 511

-- 3D Imaging for Facial Reconstruction: Demonstration will highlight the
acceleration of hardware over software in high performance medical
video-based applications.

-- System Generator for DSP: Demonstration for designing high performance
DSP systems using Virtex(TM)-4 SX FPGAs. The tool provides abstractions
that enable designers to develop highly parallel systems, providing
system modeling and automatic code generation from Simulink(R) and
MATLAB(R) (The MathWorks, Inc.).

-- LogiCRAFT2 Automotive Infotainment: Demonstration of Xylon LogiCRAFT2
board, powered by Xilinx Spartan(TM)-3 FPGAs, showcases the ability to
deliver multi-user infotainment on an affordable, highly integrated,
and scalable platform. A second similar system will also demonstrate a
parameterizable and scalable 3D OpenGL graphics solution using Xylon
LogicBRICKS IP and a Xilinx MicroBlaze(TM) embedded soft processor.

-- Embedded Development Kit (EDK): Demonstration of an integrated
software solution for designing embedded processing systems using
Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGAs with MicroBlaze soft processor cores. This will
highlight the ease of use by architecting a processor system using the
Platform Studio tool.
