Parasoft Announces Release of Parasoft C++test 6.7.3 and Parasoft Insure++ 7.0.8; New Products Support Additional Development Environments and Compilers

In today's release of Parasoft C++test 6.7.3, developers working in the Trolltech Qt development framework can now use C++test to automatically check and implement best coding practices with a new rules set. Parasoft and Trolltech will host a webcast on August 1, 2006 to demonstrate how Qt developers can optimize their code with Parasoft C++test 6.7.3. Other enhancements to C++test 6.7.3 include support for newer versions of the GCC compiler: 4.0 (Linux, Solaris) and 3.4 (Windows), and the ability to customize unit testing through GUI controls in a new configuration panel.

With the release of Insure++ 7.0.8, Parasoft now supports Visual Studio 2005, and offers developers who are moving to this platform a method for testing and analyzing the toughest memory corruption and memory leak errors.
