April 3rd is conferences only. Tuesday, April 4th is the
big day for media

Opening Keynote: Tuesday, April 4 at 9:00 a.m. -
Nicholas Negroponte, Chairman, The Media Laboratory, MIT.

First Press Conference: Tuesday, April 4 at 10:15 a.m. by
Xandros, followed by Oracle at 11:15 a.m.

The press conf. room is room 155.

WHO: Owned and produced by IDG World Expo (www.idgworldexpo.com)

HOW: Pre-registered media can pick their badges up at Media
Registration. Media who have not pre-registered for LinuxWorld
can register on-site at the Media Registration counter. Media
Registration hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning on
Monday, April 3.

Media have access to all conference sessions except for the
Labs. You must pick up conference passes in the media center.

Attendee registration is located in the main entrance of the
BCEC. The cost for an Exhibits Only pass is $50; conference
passes start at $295. Exhibit Hall passes include access to
all keynotes, the exhibit hall floor for all three days, and
10 hours of free Linux educational training on the Exhibit
Hall main stage.
