Zeosoft Technology Group Announces a Marketing and Reseller Agreement with Mobileware Solutions to Distribute Its Telematics-Based Applications and Alerts for M2M and MRM

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 18, 2005--Zeosoft(TM) Technology Group Inc., a pioneer of mobile infrastructure software and application development technologies, entered into a marketing and reseller agreement with Mobileware Solutions, LLC, a leader in mobility solutions and an authorized reseller of AirLink Communications products. Under the terms of the agreement, Mobileware Solutions will market and resell Zeosoft's telematics-based applications and enterprise mobility data and alert services, integrated with AirLink's GPS/Modems and fleet vehicle location system.

The combined technology provides Mobile Resource Management (MRM) and Machine to Machine (M2M) solutions that utilize a network of mobile GPS-equipped cellular data devices and remote sensing devices to easily locate, manage and communicate with mobile workers and maintain network and data connections with manned or unmanned data collection installations. Businesses can better track their mobile work force to expedite field service tasks, obtain real-time visibility of fleet vehicles to monitor the delivery of assets, and effectively communicate with mobile workers, customers and remote or inaccessible facilities such as well heads and ATM machines.
