Xilinx, Inc. Expands Partnership Agreement With Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. in Asia Pacific

Expansion Extends Long Standing North American Partnership to Include Select Asian Countries

SAN JOSE, Calif. and MELVILLE, N.Y., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ:XLNX) , the world's leading programmable logic supplier, and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC) , a leading distributor of advanced technology active components and system solutions, today announced the expansion of their 18-year North American partnership agreement to include distribution rights in Asia Pacific, including China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and India. This agreement is effective immediately and involves the dissemination of all Xilinx field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), development software and intellectual property cores.
